Free Shipping in Australia Delivery is direct from our warehouse where we store our toys to ensure the most environmentally friendly shipping.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The handling of your order consists of 2 steps:

Processing Time (1-3 business days):
- Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and preparing for shipment.

Shipping Time (approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination country):
- The time it takes for the shipment to travel from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once your order is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 7-12 business days to be delivered to the destination in Australia.
All delivery times exclude delays due to customs and import duties.
Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that in the event of a lost package, we can only offer you a replacement/refund if you have chosen insured shipping.
Note, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled, as we begin processing and packing your order immediately upon receipt.
